You may want to click on this picture to see a larger version. Near the top left is Jupiter; near the center is the smiling crescent moon. I also like the way the clouds swirl around that sliver.
This picture was taken last Wednesday, 18 April, on the back deck of Brother Dave's house. As noted below, we also spotted Orion and his canine companion.
